Ingredients
  

Spaghetti bolognese

  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 3 tbsp tomato puré
  • 100 ml water
  • 2 tsp dry oregano
  • 2 tsp dry thyme
  • salt and pepper 1-2 tbsp. salt.
  • 500 g whole wheat spaghetti

Veggies and fruit plate

  • 2 carrots Orange and red
  • 1 cucumber
  • ½ yellow pepper
  • ½ red pepper
  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple
  • 1 pear
  • ½ cup prunes or other dry fruit

Instructions
 

Spaghetti bolognese

  • Boil the spaghetti according to instructions and drain.
  • Finely chop the onions and garlic.
  • Add olive oil to the pot and heat on medium. Add the onions and garlic. Fry a couple of minutes.
  • Add the meat and fry until browned.
  • Add the tomato puré, herbs and water. Add salt.
  • Put a lid on, reduce heat and simmer for 10 min.
  • Season with salt and pepper, if needed.
  • Mix spaghetti with the sauce and serve.

  • Cut the veggies and fruit and plate.
