Spaghetti bolognese

Ingredients
Spaghetti bolognese
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 500 g minced meat
- 3 tbsp tomato puré
- 100 ml water
- 2 tsp dry oregano
- 2 tsp dry thyme
- salt and pepper 1-2 tbsp. salt.
- 500 g whole wheat spaghetti
Veggies and fruit plate
- 2 carrots Orange and red
- 1 cucumber
- ½ yellow pepper
- ½ red pepper
- 1 banana
- 1 apple
- 1 pear
- ½ cup prunes or other dry fruit
Instructions
Spaghetti bolognese
- Boil the spaghetti according to instructions and drain.
- Finely chop the onions and garlic.
- Add olive oil to the pot and heat on medium. Add the onions and garlic. Fry a couple of minutes.
- Add the meat and fry until browned.
- Add the tomato puré, herbs and water. Add salt.
- Put a lid on, reduce heat and simmer for 10 min.
- Season with salt and pepper, if needed.
- Mix spaghetti with the sauce and serve.
